The sieve box assembly of the MTRB grain separator hangs on rubber springs, driven by two side‑mounted vibrators. Two sieve decks are locked firmly by quick‑release clamps, enabling fast sieve screen replacement without extra tools.
Grain flows into the Bühler MTRB separator classifier through central integral product inlet. The built‑in adjustable distribution device spreads bulk grain evenly across full width of the top sieve deck. Overs coarse tailings are sent to lateral outlet for secondary separation of large foreign material. Materials drop onto the second sieve deck for further fine grading.
As original feeding equipment for MVSH aspiration channel, the MTRB vibratory sieve is designed for multi‑form aspiration combinations. Users can match this used MTRB separator with MVSH aspiration channel, aspiration box or MVSQ air‑recycling aspirator. Sieve decks remove coarse and fine impurities, while the supporting aspiration unit sucks away husk, shrivelled kernels and other light‑weight contaminants, to realize complete grain cleaning effect.
