We have just refurbished several sets of Buhler Dampener MOZL-30/150.
These MOZL dampeners are all in very good base condition. Our refurbishment process mainly involved the following: we replaced some of the internal beater plates and bushings, re-greased the bearings, and touched up the exterior paintwork. These measures have fully restored the machines' operational capability and extended their service life.
The MOZL dampener is applied for the intensive dampening of grain.The newly developed bi-rotor whirling system ensures uniform distribution of the water throughout the grain as well as excellent penetration of water into the grain with a low power requirement. Water addition rates of up to 7% are possible, with minimum abrasion and breakage of the product.
