Each flour mill purifier is completely dismantled and thoroughly cleaned before refurbishment. The machine body and selected components are repainted to restore a clean, professional appearance. During reassembly, all acrylic panels, cloth tubes, handles, rubber springs, rubber bushings, screws, and sealing components are replaced with new ones.
New leather strips and rubber seals are installed to ensure excellent sealing and smooth operation. A motor is fitted, and brand-new sieve frames with felt, metal hooks, and plastic clips are installed inside the machine.
Accessories such as brushes, guide rods, aluminum hooks, and plastic strips are packed separately for customer installation. Every used Bühler purifier is fully tested before shipment to ensure stable operation, reliable purification efficiency, and consistent performance in flour milling applications.
